Deborah “Debi” Ruiz is a passionate and experienced educator with a strong commitment to nurturing a love of learning in every child she encounters. As a Mentor Coach, Debi draws on more than a decade of experience in diverse educational settings, where she has taught students from third to fifth-grade subjects like Math, Science, Social Studies, and English. Combining her insights as both an educator and a mother of three, Debi strives to create inclusive, engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all students. She holds certifications in English (Grades 6-12) and Elementary Education (Grades K-6), along with endorsements in Gifted Education and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Debi’s passion for fostering intellectual curiosity and cultivating supportive, dynamic classrooms continues to drive her dedication to student growth and innovative educational practices.
